We are designers, strategists, developers, researchers, filmmakers and sustainability professionals who converge on one mission – inspire and influence for the common good – through web & visual design, communications strategies design, and systems & behaviour change design.

IDEATE
Like Newton, we are a group of people experiencing "Eureka" moments every so often.We are determined to solve global challenges from a local standpoint. We do so by producing award winning films and media that follow memorable, usable and measurable impact.Whether it’s about promoting conservation areas or sustainable livelihoods, we focus on creating lean, effective strategies with clear measures of success. We do so by ideating, initiating and implementing trailblazing storytelling methodologies.We introduce new media narratives and discourses for socially innovative branding that serves for the common good. Beyond that, we'll work closely with you to help ensure that the strategies deliver the expected results — this is a journey.
DISSEMINATE
To scale up planetary impact, we build capacity and transfer skills through our tailored mentoring programmes. We support wider dissemination through our partnerships with media outlets and our own co-created spaces that bring super diverse backgrounds ,various stakeholders together at our gatherings; EthnoKino Film Festival, Doc Impact Lab, Vision Talks, Q&As,Masterclasses,RoundTables,Forums,Dialogue Nights, Conferences, Community Gatherings. We work towards enacting socialcohesion and global transformation.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO?
To reconcile the interests of humanity and nature, we must redesign how we interact with ecosystems. To get there we need to not only change mindsets, but also create the right conditions and systems for people to translate intent into behaviours.
For more than a decade, through design and films, we have helped NGOs, brands and social enterprises that share that credo, and dare to believe in a better future. Here is our work.
